Let sellers choose where it goes.

Payment platforms and marketplaces

Venly Finance gives your sellers accounts, receiving details and a USDC balance through one API. Each seller picks a bank payout by ACH, SEPA or Faster Payments, or a stablecoin transfer, inside your marketplace.

From sale to payout

Mira’s payout, from a buyer’s bank transfer to the destination she picks.

Mira’s buyer pays by bank transfer, the funds are held in USDC, and Mira chooses where her payout goes: her USD bank account or her USDC wallet on Base.

Does a marketplace have to run custody of its sellers’ funds itself?

Wallets are provisioned or connected according to your account’s custody model: managed wallets can be provisioned when an account is created, and self-custody wallets connect where your setup needs them. The receiving details, the conversion to USDC and the bank payouts run on licensed partner rails. Whether your platform needs its own permissions for its role in the flow depends on that flow and your jurisdiction, and your compliance team makes that call.

Onboard

Create the seller’s account

Create Mira’s account with an inline party and map it to your own seller record with externalId. The account and its party association are created; verification has its own status: VERIFICATION_PENDING, VERIFIED or REJECTED.

Buyer payment

The buyer pays in USD

The buyer pays by ACH to your platform’s USD receiving details. The referenceCode attributes the credit, and incoming funds convert into the configured stablecoin, here USDC.

Balance

Seller funds are held in USDC

The balance is kept in USDC, the primary asset, on the chain enabled for the account. Mira sees what is ready to pay out; your team queries the same balance through the API.

Payout choice

Mira chooses where it goes

A bank payout or a stablecoin transfer, inside your marketplace. Mira picks her USD bank account or her USDC wallet on Base. Both are funded from the same USDC balance.

Payout

Pay out and follow the status

For the wallet, your platform requests a transfer from its account to Mira’s. The request is idempotent through its idempotencyKey and reports PENDING, COMPLETED or FAILED. A bank payout follows its own route: confirm payout coverage for your customer, destination and partner setup.

Payout routes in the API guide

Verification, partner setup and funding run separately from the payout shown here, and available assets and routes depend on configuration.

Each request in Mira’s payout, with its fields and statuses, is in the API reference.

Seller payouts

Seller payouts from one marketplace balance

Each seller is paid to the destination they chose, from the same marketplace balance. Bank payouts and wallet transfers follow their own routes.

Seller payouts in detail

Can sellers be paid to a bank account?

Bank payouts and stablecoin transfers follow their own routes. Confirm payout coverage for your customer, destination and partner setup. GBP payouts by Faster Payments are supported; GBP receiving details are being added.

Can I use my own branding?

Your platform, your brand. The API is headless · you build the frontend. Payment sessions use a hosted page, but the rest is fully white-label.

What if I only need part of the stack?

You can use any combination. Need just wallets? Just IBANs? Just transfers? Each capability works independently. Start with what you need, add more as you grow.

How does pricing work for platforms?

Every contract is quoted against product, use case, volume and rails; the pricing page shows what a quote contains.

Is the Finance API production-ready?

Yes. Two environments, the sandbox and production. Idempotent requests for safe retries and optimistic locking for concurrent operations. Pay-in sessions take a callbackUrl, and when you register one HTTPS endpoint, each state change is pushed to it: pay-ins, transfers, pay-outs, verification verdicts and virtual bank accounts.

Who can be paid out to a bank account

Only a verified recipient is paid out to a bank account. Before a payout route is created for a seller’s bank account, the seller’s party needs an active PAYOUT_RECIPIENT role on the account, with KYC or KYB cleared.
