How agreements work

Your Venly Finance agreement

Covers the platform, the API, the Fundflow Dashboard, support and fees. It is signed with the Venly Finance company named in it, in most cases Venly NV.

Licensed partner terms

Regulated services, such as accounts, conversion and payouts, are provided by licensed partner institutions. You accept their terms directly with them, alongside your Venly Finance agreement. Those terms name the partner and how it is regulated.

Venly does not provide unregulated financial services. Every regulated leg of a flow is executed by regulated and licensed institutions and partners.

Your agreement names the company you contract with. Each company's published documents are listed with it.
